Hi, I’m Justine Gordon, LMFT - your therapist for high achievers in California!
Hi, I’m Justine Gordon, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) offering online therapy for high achieving professionals across California who want to sustain success without sacrificing their mental and emotional health.
My approach blends evidence-based modalities (such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT and psychodynamic therapy) with warmth, humor and authenticity.
Clients describe me as thoughtful, intuitive and grounded. I believe therapy should feel both productive and deeply human – a space where you can drop the mask, explore honestly and reconnect with the parts of you that success alone can’t fulfill.
My own career path – from pre-med to creative arts to psychotherapy – taught me that achievement doesn’t always equal alignment. That’s why I value helping clients integrate their drive with their well-being and create a version of success that feels sustainable, not exhausting.

We will begin our journey together with a free 20-minute consultation. During the call, you’ll have the opportunity to tell me about your situation, ask any questions and decide if I would be a good fit for you. This is a no-pressure and no-commitment opportunity to share what’s going on, get a sense of who I am and see if you’d like to work together.
Initial Assessment & Goal-Setting
Each session takes place online at a time that works for you and will be dedicated to progressing toward your goals, while blending the different evidence-based approaches that I use. Depending on where we are, a session might focus on exploration and insight, skill-building or real-life application, all within a safe, judgment-free space.
On-Going Therapy Sessions
Our work together is a partnership. We’ll regularly check in on your progress, adjust your plan as needed and reflect on what is and isn’t working. As you meet your goals, we’ll celebrate wins and decide on your next steps – whether that’s regular maintenance sessions or a thoughtful close with an action plan to help you keep your momentum on your own.
