ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Justine Gordon, a therapist for high-achievers and high-pressure careers in Los Angeles, California.
I work with ambitious adults in Los Angeles navigating the pressure, burnout, anxiety and self-doubt that can come with working in high-achieving environments and high-pressure careers.
Having grown up in a high-achieving environment myself, I understand how easily achievement, productivity and external success can become tied to identity and self-worth. I also understand how isolating it can feel when you’re doing well but still feel overwhelmed by pressure, expectation or the fear of slowing down.
Over time, both personally and in my work with clients, I came to understand that more success alone doesn’t necessarily create peace, confidence or fulfillment. Often, the deeper patterns driving the pressure need to be understood and worked through first.
Today, I help ambitious, high-achieving individuals navigate burnout & chronic stress, perfectionism & people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, high-functioning anxiety, relationship challenges as well as pregnancy & postpartum transitions.
